How to play

  1. Make a room

Pick a name and a colour, press Create a room and send the link to your friends.

  2. Draw or guess

Each turn one player draws a word on the pixel canvas. Everyone else types guesses: faster guesses score more.

  3. Vote the worst

After the last round, see every drawing again and vote for the worst one. It wins a trophy.

No sign-up. Rooms are private: only people with the link or code can join. Names, chat and drawings are never saved; a room disappears when everyone leaves. Word packs: Desi, Minecraft, Everyday and School life, plus your own words.

How it works

One small server per room

Each room runs on its own tiny Cloudflare server (a Durable Object). Everyone in the room keeps a live connection to it (a WebSocket), so a stroke you draw reaches your friends in a fraction of a second. The room decides whose turn it is, keeps the time and checks every guess, so nobody can cheat by peeking at the word in their browser.

How drawings travel

The canvas is a grid of 64 by 48 pixels in 16 colours. Instead of sending pictures, the game sends tiny instructions like "a red line from here to there" or "fill here with green". Every screen turns the same instructions into the same pixels, which is also how the replay at the end of a turn works.

Points

A right guess is worth up to 400 points: the faster you guess, the more you get, and the first person to guess gets 50 extra. The drawer gets 80 points for each person who guesses right. Close guesses (one letter off) get a private "very close" note. Letter hints appear halfway through and again near the end.

Nothing is saved

Names, chat and drawings live only in the room’s memory and are never written to a database. When everyone leaves, or the room sits quiet for 20 minutes, it is gone. Rude words are starred out in names, chat and custom words, and the host can remove anyone.
